Colleen Voronel, founder of Pneuma Breath, is driven by a passion for transformation and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Her mission is to inspire individuals to change their breath and transform their lives. Through compassionate guidance, she fosters a safe environment for authentic self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.


Colleen Voronel has a masters’ degree from California State University Fullerton in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling with the emphasis on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Conscious Connected Breathwork, utilized for trauma, PTSD, CPTSD. Colleen dedicated her life to the field of mental health incorporating breathwork and meditation. She has spent the last two decades dedicating her life to teaching breathwork and meditation. Her goal is to help individuals tap into the stillness and silence within themselves, facilitating healing, self-discovery, and the realization of their true potential.Colleen had the privilege work along side and dedicated over 15 years of studying breathwork with world-renown pioneer in the field of Breathwork, Dan Brulé. He is one of the creators of Breath Therapy, and was among the original group of Internationally Certified Rebirthers. She has over 12 years of experience in integrative somatic trauma therapy and integrative Ayurvedic counseling. She has had the privilege of collaborating and studying with renowned global figure Deepak Chopra in the realms of Ayurveda and meditation. She has studied with three internationally recognized leaders in somatic approaches to healing trauma, such as Peter A Levine, Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Gabor Maté. Additionally, Colleen has over 15 years experience of breathwork and over 25 years of experience in mindfulness meditation. She has studied with two of the world’s most respected meditation teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. 

 

By blending the latest advancements in neuroscience with modern technology, and by bringing together decades of breathwork and mindfulness practices with years of research, Colleen has created indispensable trainings, courses, workshops and community events online for anyone who wants to cultivate a meaningful and lasting breathwork and meditation practice that you can easily integrate into your everyday life.
