I understand that this program does not diagnose or treat any mental disorders and I will not use this program as a replacement for any form of therapy.
If I’m under the supervision of a professional therapist, I acknowledge that I have consulted with this person regarding
The advisability of working with a life coach, breathwork, meditation or holistic practitioner and that this person is aware of my decision.
I understand that this program is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, my work, and my relationships. I acknowledge that I decide how to handle these issues and implement my choices.
I understand that what is discussed within this program is considered confidential, and will not be discussed with anyone else unless agreed by the client. The exception to this is as required by law.
I understand this agreement and all payments made are non-refundable. Refunds will not be administered in the event of a change of mind.
All parties stated above also release all responsibility for consequences experienced due to life-altering decisions made by the signing participant before, during or after this program. Including but not limited to relationships, finances and investments.
I understand and agree that I’m fully responsible for my own results, and well-being throughout the relationship, including my choices and my decisions and accept any liabilities and risk associated.
I understand this agreement and all payments made are non-refundable. This is inclusive of and not limited to; changes to the dates of the sessions and change of mind.
I understand that my engagement with this program is my own responsibility
If due to any unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, Covid-19 outbreaks, changes or restrictions occur for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible about any such changes. There will be no refunds under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend, no refund will be provided.

I grant permission and consent to Pneuma Breath for the use of the following; photograph, written testimonials and/or videos(s) for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, marketing, social media and web content. I understand that there shall be no payment or royalties for use of photos/videos. I understand that with my authorisation below the photograph(s) may never be revoked. I understand these images/videos are used for marketing purposes.
The signing participant agrees that they are of age 18 years or above upon signing this agreement. The signing participant agrees they are of sound mind at the time of signing this contract.
Colleen Voronel, in, Pneuma Breath and all affiliated guests release all responsibility and liabilities for loss, damage or injury to the agreeing participant both throughout the duration of the program and indefinitely hereafter.
All parties stated above also release all responsibility for consequences experienced due to life altering decisions made by the signing participant before, during or after this program. Including but not limited to relationships, finances and investments.
On signing of this agreement hereto, the participant assumes all responsibility for their own results and thus participation levels.
Colleen Voronel, in, Pneuma Breath and all its associated services and any program, guests hereby release responsibility and liabilities in relation to guidance in the following and thus will not give specific advice pertaining to: Financial Services and Investment Advice, Specific Career and Business Advice whereby considerable risk is involved, Debt Consolidation, Medication specific to mental or physical health of any kind.
All liabilities - public, private and legal responsibilities are automatically released from Colleen Voronel, in, Pneuma Breath) and any associative parties in the unlikely event of accident, illness, injury, disability or death of participants through the use of any programs.
There are no refunds for any Pneuma Breath Programs.
